Accidentally scratched your car? Don’t worry — our paint and body repair service can help!

Car painting is a precise, multi-step process designed to restore your vehicle’s appearance, cover up scratches or damage, and bring back (or change) its original color and shine.

1. Vehicle Inspection & Preparation

  • Damage assessment: Our technicians inspect the vehicle for dents, scratches, or rust.

  • Part removal: Components may be removed as needed to ensure painting quality.

2. Sanding & Repair

  • Surface sanding: The vehicle surface is sanded using sandpaper or machinery.

  • Filling dents: Body filler is applied to smooth out dents or scratches.

  • Anti-rust treatment: Rusted areas are treated to prevent corrosion and extend vehicle lifespan.

3. Primer Application

  • Primer coating: A primer layer is applied to help the paint adhere better and protect against rust.

4. Color Painting

  • Color matching: The color is selected based on the original factory code or customer preference.

  • Layered spraying: Typically 2–3 layers of color paint are applied, allowing drying time between each.

  • Color consistency: Our technicians control spray angle and distance to ensure a smooth, even finish.

5. Clear Coat Application

  • Protective coating: The clear coat protects the color layer, adding gloss and durability.

  • Baking process: The paint is baked in an oven to harden the coating and enhance its strength.

6. Polishing & Finishing

  • Polish and wax: The body is polished to a glossy finish, removing any minor imperfections.

  • Final inspection: All removed parts are reinstalled, and the paint finish is checked for consistency, ensuring no drips or bubbles.

At DCH Motor Service Centre, our dedicated dust-free spray booth and skilled technicians ensure your vehicle gets the care it deserves — restoring its appearance and shine like new.
