Standard towing services are available, exclusion of special towing service, such as crane assistance or recovery from pits.

Towing service is applicable solely for transport to the nearest Dah Chong Hong Motor Service Centre for repairs.

Towing service is only applicable within Hongkong territory, exclusion of restricted areas, prohibited zones, and closed roads.

Towing service is restricted to private vehicles, regardless of brand, and does not extend to other vehicle types.

Related extra fees such as car park, dolly, and additional charges will be charged separately.

Customers who consent to leave their vehicles for repairs at the Dah Chong Hong Motor Service Centre shall be exempt from the towing service fee.

During business suspension due to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or during the issuance of a black rainstorm warning, the Dah Chong Hong Motor Service Centre will halt operations but will provide repair quotations during regular business hours. Towing services will continue to be available during such weather warnings.

Should customers opt not to proceed with repairs after receiving a quotation, the towing service fee shall remain applicable. Customers are required to pay the relevant towing fee and retrieve their vehicles within two working days; failure to do so will result in additional parking fees.

The duration required for towing and repair services may be subject to delays due to weather conditions; the actual timeframe will be confirmed by the service centre.

In case of any disputes, Dah Chong Hong (Motor Service Centre) Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision.
