Honoring Craftsmanship: DCH Motor Service Centre Empowering the Next Generation of Talent

The Vocational Training Council organized the “50th Anniversary of the Apprenticeship Ordinance cum Outstanding Apprenticeship Award Presentation Ceremony” to recognize young apprentices who demonstrated outstanding performance during their training.

Apprentice Lam, an Engineering Technician at Dah Chong Hong Vehicle Service Centre, received this prestigious honor and became one of the representatives of the automotive industry 🏆 Under the careful guidance of workshop mentor Master Tang and several senior technicians, he not only mastered vehicle repair skills but also learned professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.

Lam said that his greatest goal in participating was to dedicate this award to his mentor— a gesture that perfectly reflects the deep bond between master and apprentice.
